Barbecued Boneless Leg of Lamb

1 Leg of Lamb (Boneless - cut in 3 chunks)
8-10 Oz. Yamaka Sauce Original
Salt to Taste

Put the lamb in a zip-lock bag. Add Yamaka Sauce and salt.
Completely coat the lamb with the sauce.
Set in the refrigerator For 8-12 hours.

Barbecue slow over a medium heat till desired Doneness. Approx. 40 minutes.

Sweet Mango Pork Loin

1 Pork Loin (boneless) 4-6lb., Brown Sugar 1/2 Lb., Soy Sauce 1 cup, Onion 1 med Chopped (1/4 inch), Yamaka Sauce (Mango) 8oz, Water 1 1/2 cup, Flour 3 tbsp. Mix brown sugar with soy sauce till sugar is dissolved. Add YAMAKA Mango mix, put pork loin in a roasting pan, pour mixture over pork loin, pour excess sauce that is in the roasting pan back into the mixture container save for basting pork. Later sprinkle onions on top of pork loin. ROAST at 350 degrees. Repeat basting every half hour keeping all the sauce in the roasting pan. Roast for 1 1/2-2 hours. Remove pork, pour pan stock into a sauce pan, add 1 cup of water, bring to a boil, in a small bowl mix flour with remaining water till smooth, add flour mixture to boiling stock. Turn heat down. Tropical Chicken

Chicken Breasts(Boneless) 4, Yamaka Sauce (SPICY), 6oz pepe Lopez(Cream of Coconut), 1 tsp. curry powder, Basil leaves 6, Paradise Pepper Sauce 1 tsp.. Pour Yamaka Sauce in saute pan over med. heat, add chicken, saute for 3 min., Turn over, Add coconut cream, add curry and Paradise Pepper Sauce or Paradise Hot Papaya Sauce. Stir to blend thorough out the sauce,add basil leaves. simmer for 5 minutes. serve over rice or noodles.

Real Fresh Cooked Turkey

1 Whole Turkey 12-> 14 Lbs.

Stuffing

1 loaf of bread
1 small green pepper Chopped
1 medium onion chopped
3 sticks of celery chopped
1/2 cup walnut meat chopped
2 Apples cored 1/2-> 3/4 inch dice
1 can Chicken boulion
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup Konashire Sauce
1/4 cup Paradise Pepper Sauce
4 0unces of Yamaka Sauce
2 Tbsp.poultry seasoning
Salt & Pepper

Cut bread in 1 inch chunks put in large bowl, sprinkle with poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. In a medium skillet over medium heat saute' green pepper, onion and celery till opaque. Pour skillet mixture over cubed bread and toss. Add boulion walnuts and apple. Either stuff the turkey or put the stuffing in a lubed pan and bake for 90 minutes at 325'. Full Moon Chicken

Chicken Breasts -- 4 (boneless skinless leave whole or cut each in 3 strips)
YA^MA^KA Sauce (PINEAPPLE OR MANGO) -- 4 oz.
Brown Sugar -- 2 Tbsp.
Paradise Pepper Sauce -- 1 Tbsp.
(or Paradise Hot Papaya Sauce -- 1 Tbsp.)

Pour YA^MA^KA Sauce in a bowl, add Brown Sugar, add Paradise Pepper Sauce or Paradise Hot Papaya Sauce, mix , pour over Chicken coat completely. Let set 30 Minutes Then barbecue under the "Full Moon and Listen to the Sounds of Your Island." Serves 2 or 3.
